1. To provide a well structured framework for Campus fundraising in the community.
   
   
2. To serve the purposes of education by means of scholarships, bursaries, special grants for educational purposes and other like methods.
   
   
3. To support and cooperate with appropriate institutions, organizations, and associations in the extension of agricultural and related research by the campus.
   
   
4. To advance the teaching, research and community service of Kemptville Campus, University of Guelph.
   
   
5. To promote and enhance good will and strong liaison with the community served by Kemptville Campus.
